The pizzeria of Barrino di Tatti offers classic and seasonal pizzas.
Our dough matures for at least 24 hours, with natural yeast.
All our pizzas are seasoned with biodynamic extra virgin IGP olive oil from Sequerciani farm.
You can choose your pizza dough, these are the two we propose:
The classic dough: with tender wheat flour 00.
The stone-ground dough type 2: with wheat germ, which is not heat-treated and therefore guarantees the nutritional integrity of the wheat, as well as greater digestibility.
