Choose between two doughs
You can choose your pizza dough, these are the two we propose:
The classic dough: with tender wheat flour 00.
The stone-ground dough type 2: with wheat germ, which is not heat-treated and therefore guarantees the nutritional integrity of the wheat, as well as greater digestibility.
