With biodynamic and natural products from the farm Sequerciani
Our cuisine is based on seasonality; therefore, our products are always fresh, local and often cooked at the moment.
The vegetables we offer come from the vegetable gardens of farms in our area. One of these is Sequerciani, which also supplies pasta made from Verna and Senatore Cappelli ancient grains, extra virgin olive oil and above all bulk red wine and other natural wines.
We hope that your experience at our restaurant will be unforgettable, thanks also to the enchanting view of the unforgettable panorama of the Maremma.
For the team of the Barrino di Tatti, transparency is fundamental. We care a lot about supporting local producers.
For this reason, you will find a selection of products of farms close to us, with which we share the values: organic or biodynamic farming, sustainable approach, fresh and local products.
Most of the vegetables and herbs come from the garden of Sequerciani, which works following the principles of biodynamic farming and permaculture.
This is also where the pasta and flour made from ancient grains, natural wines and extra virgin olive oil come from.
The cheeses and cold cuts are purchased from small local producers: in particular, the Maremman Beef and Cinta Senese pork come from free-range farms in our area.
We offer fish that comes from our coast: the catch of the day comes from the Gulf of Follonica, while the mussels come from Piombino.
