PASTA MADE WITH ANCIENT GRAINS
From Varna and Senatore Cappelli ancient wheats
Some fresh or dried pasta is made of Verna or Senatore Cappelli grains produced with natural methods by the biodynamic farm Sequerciani.
Cold processing and stone grinding do not alter the nutritional properties, the taste is also due to bronze drawing and slow drying at low temperature.
This pasta is healthier and more digestible due to the lower gluten level of the grains.
